Our story began in the 1950s when my grandfather founded the bakery out of a deep love for baking and tradition.

Since then, our family recipes and commitment to quality have been passed down through generations.

In 2010, I continued his legacy by bringing the bakery to Canada, preserving the same values of freshness, quality, and excellence.

The bakery supplies a wide range of baked goods to supermarkets, catering companies, restaurants,

and other business clients across Canada and the United States, maintaining traditional recipes and unique baking methods.

Our vision is to continue growing the business, expanding our operations, and upholding the high-quality standards that have defined us over the years.
